well done! yea its a known and horrible bug, i wonder if it has anything to do with getting many or realy hard achievements? becouse you dont often hear from a nooby account getting deleted :/

have you tried downloading the profile from the profile manager in the histrory addition and the old anno 1404, or use that old "fix" that you can probably still find on the german forums

just 2 days later my account with the savegame and everything else vanished from existence without any clue as to how it happened

its one of those game achievements that youll never forget
