What is the Watcher achievement exactly? It's an achievement rewarded for viewing the panorama tutorial. The problem with this, of course, is that there is no panorama tutorial in the Steam version like there is in the mobile versions.

Don't worry about it. It's safe and you're not going to get in trouble over it.

The file has been modified to reintroduce a feature that was meant to be in the game. The achievement is unobtainable without that feature.
