Starfy, the legendary Prince of Pufftop, finally arrives in the world of Aether!

SPECIALS

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: STAR SPIN

Starfy does his iconic move! The move can be used repeatedly by mashing the special button and functions similarly to Luigi’s Cyclone. Very good recovery and offensive tool, as it can be jump canceled and attack canceled on hit! Spinning too much causes Starfy to spin out!

FORWARD SPECIAL: MONSTAR

Using the power of Bunston, Starfy transforms into Monstar! This move functions like Bowser’s Neutral Special in the Smash games. A deadly form of stage control. The flames can be swatted away with a hitbox and parrying one put Starfy into parry stun, so watch out!

UP SPECIAL: PROPELLER BIT

Starfy uses the Propeller Bit vehicle for his recovery. A standard recovery move with a rising hitbox.

DOWN SPECIAL: STARFRIGHT

Starfy transforms into Starfright to place down a flame onstage that will explode once it comes into contact with another player. You can move it around with Side Special!

OTHER MOVES

-Hold the attack button during Neutral Air to glide. Can be used to recover.

-Down Air, Shooting Star, gives you your double jump back if you land the move.

Nicely done, seeing this makes me want to go back and finish my version of starfy based on the ds game.

I love this character!, I'm glad someone recognized Starfy, and made a moveset for him that represents his character so greatly! the moves are amazing, and so are the sprites! I made a few abyss runes for him below, hope ya like the ideas!

Abyss rune ideas 2:
10. Capsule Toys, N-Special will now throw out 3 capsule toys (from legendary starfy) that deal 5 damage if they hit
11. Roostar, D-Special will now become the roostar- screeching blasts people away, and deals damage.
12. Spin spin and spin! Starfy's regular attack will now throw in 2 spins, dealing more damage and more combo potential!
13. Dumpling Master, Starfy's Side Special will become dumplings, he can heal himself by 3% or throw them dealing damage!
14. Super Starfy, Starfy becomes 2x more powerful, dealing more damage! and all abyss runes are selected
15. Sister Steps in? Starfy can now become Starly! She has a few new moves such as wall jumping, low spin and crawl!

Abyss rune ideas 1:
1. Fire Inflicts Burning
2. Fire shoots 2x longer
3. Starfy can use NSpecial 2 more times
4. Recovery goes 2 times higher
5. Starfy's N-Air can hover for longer, and goes up a bit when you press Z.
6. New Taunt, Starfy can play rock paper scissors, holding out paper everytime...cause he's a starfish.
7. Meteor Smash, New U-Special, Starfy grabs the moon then slams it into the ground.
8. Another New Taunt, Starfy does his victory dance from when you beat a level!
9. A Familiar Foe?, Starfy has the ability to suck up enemies like kirby, but it's not as powerful and he can not copy their abilities (custom ability idea)
