[5-GV.KD] Russian Liberation Army (ROA) WW2

This mod is not a political statement in any way.

A retexture of Forgotten Fronts assets originally made for in house use for the Soviet 5-GV.KD ArmA 3 Unit to portray the ROA around 1943-44, before the formation of RONA.

Features:

- Insignias from the rank of Soldat to Kapitan. The uniform insignias can be found in "Insignias" under the tag [ROA]. Apply to any FF [DE] uniform of your taste. SS uniforms preferred since the collar tabs of the Wehrmacht can show sometimes. These are completely insignia based to work with any future update of FF unless they change their insignia system.
- Retextures of the M38 and M43 Feldmutze and the M40 helmet.

Planned:
Make the insignias look more textile-like.
RONA for late-war portrayals and Sonderdivision "R" for early war portrayals.
