First of all, find the speech bubble icon to the left of the center of the screen.






Then, ask "Do you dream, Vicky?"






After she answers, next to that dialog option a button will appear. A black button with a palm on it. Click it.






Now enjoy vibin'!

@Tonnyn, as I said, when starting new challange, after choosing your time, choose "Denied" option. This will unlock the achievement :waifuarisa:
