Kuvaus
A 6x10 Level 1 RICO commercial building. Employs 30, has predictable stats. A lovely piece of American retail real estate. Based loosely on the Two Rivers Plaza in Bolingbrook, Ill - though this mirror version of the right side of the building is not an IRL feature. Snugs pretty closely with the main building in this set, though obviously it's not necessary to use it in conjunction with the rest.

There are some custom light props used to light the front façade - check the dependencies.

Other than that, there are a few vanilla lights and several entry points, corresponding to each retail entrance.

No DLC required.

Meshes here are 1426/63 tris, Blendered.
Textures are 1024x1024/128x128. Substance Paintered and Gimped.
