Something to remember about Druid: Taking it lategame because lol12slots is actually suicide, because Druid is pretty weak in lategame. Use the crazy early and midgame power of Demolish and Entangle to completely wreck the enemy, especially once you have a Desolator up.

Druid can only contend with other carries in lategame by racking up a huge gold advantage by knocking down towers.

Also, the Druid himself isn't that great for damage items anyway, putting the damage on his bear yields far better results.
