Mutation Features
*Your health is not shown
*Allies health/items are not shown
*Remaining ammo in the magazine is lost when reloading
*Ammo piles have limited ammo (16 magazines)
*Adrenaline gives increased temporary health (50), which is then removed when the adrenaline wears off
*Temporary health from pain pills decays faster
*First aid kits give half temporary health and half permanent health
*Defibrillated players have reduced starting health (25)
*Permanent health rewarded when a saferoom is reached (15)
*Tank rocks instantly down survivors
*Permanent death
*No restarts
*No magnums
*Other Realism Features
