Stamina Consumption table:

Working on the computer: costs 2% (Dr. Zenesz) or 3% (Sarah)
Digging: costs 0% (BR4ND-ON), 4% (Jack or Marvin), 5% (Sgt. Burden), or 7% (Donald)
Charging defibrillator: costs 0% (BR4ND-ON) or 3% (Donald)
Connecting power: costs 10% (BR4ND-ON)
Repairing BR4ND-ON: costs 5% (Donald), recovers 14-16% (BR4ND-ON)
Resting without sedative: recovers 4-6% (Everyone, including BR4ND-ON)
Resting with sedative: recovers 40-50% (Everyone except BR4ND-ON because I can't use drugs)

Adrenaline effect: The only way for stamina to go above 100%. Boosts stamina by 60-70% instantly, but decays 19-21% each turn for the next 4 turns, with or without performing action. 2 adrenaline shots = twice the boost + decay for 8 turns.
Sedative effect: Reduces stamina to 5% instantly, then make the next 4 resting actions more efficient.

Stamina of a team member is directly proportional to digging power or computer working speed, but has no other effects.
