Alternative Spawn Effect for SS3

This mod changes Serious Sam 3's spawn effect.

Serious Sam 3 originally had a longer spawn effect. Spatial distortions would emerge for a second before the enemy materializes into the world. Basically, it's the Alcor's warp-in effect. Everything happens at once in the final version of the game.

This mod attempts to recreate that original spawn effect, but there appears to be no way to separate the emergence and materialization sequences again so the only thing that's changed here is the sound.

SS3's global game parameters and spawn portal particle files are modified, so this mod may conflict with other mods that have also modified these files.
