Akfiz's Casual Player Keyboard Control

For those of us that just play for fun and want simple controls:
- You move with the arrow keys.
- Gear up and down on A - Z
- Clutch on D and manual clutch on F
- Camera change with C
- Look back with X, look forward, left and right with Home, Del and Page Down.
- Reply/Flashback with R.
- Activate/Deactivate DRS with W and Pit Limiter with Q
- S has no function
- Voice control with T
- MFD activated with Numpad 0
- MFD up and down with 1 and 2, MFD left and right with 3 and 4.
- Push to talk with V.
- Manual Gears (in case you will ever need) with: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0 and "-".
- Menu controls were left unchanged.
