Go to custom launch settings by right clicking the game and paste this:
-d3d12 -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -NOTEXTURESTREAMING

obviously this will require windows 10 if you use the -d3d12. I tested vulkan but it doesn't work. graphics errors may occur, but may have a higher framerate.

-disabletexturepool is also an alternative for ue games that have baked textures (they will be black)

I have a feeling -USEALLAVAILABLECORES is redundant, this thing maxes out my r5 2600x regardless
