Dogs of War Submod: Legendary Heroes From Mods

Adds legendary heroes (unique heroes like Henri le Massif) from mods as cross-faction recruitment options in my Dogs of War mod.

I don't want to have to maintain a billion submods, so I'm not splitting this up for each mod listed.

Lord Kroak
Hertwig van Hal
Jorek Grimm
Kalara
Rodrik L'Anguille
Felix Jaeger
The Green Knight
Kihar the Tormentor

Note that you can find Gotrek under Dwarfs in the main mod. Neither him nor Felix have a skill tree because CA didn't actually give them a skill tree, I assume because they're designed to go away after 20 turns anyway in the base game. I know there are mods that give them skill trees.
