These achievements depends on the choice of mission at November 3th. After finishing "Big Rift" mission, you will unlock the "Airport" mission. After finishing "Bookstore" mission, you will unlock the "Construction Site" mission. You can't do all of them in one playthrough. So, loading after finishing the game or second mission is advised.

• One of the side quest at "Estate" mission. You wil do it while doing "Public Servant" achievement.

Three Musketeers
Complete all missions in one play-through with no more than three cops

• One of the hardest achievements in game. It will make the playthrough much more longer. By the way Three Musketeers were actually 4, not 3.

Last Man Standing
Complete any mission with one cop

• First optional "Photo Studio" mission would be best for this achievement since some of the missions have a time limit, are hectic or huge.

Robin Hood
Give 50% of your income to the citizens

• You only need to do it for once. Just choose sharing after the sale.

Scrooge
Don't give the citizens a single penny

• You only need to do it for once. Just choose not sharing after the sale.

Folk Hero
Max out your Street Cred

• Don’t sell the items right after the mission. Gather some items from multiple missions and then sell them. 500$ and more gives you choice of share. Sell the items untill you maximise your Street Cred, then load after that.

Outcast
Achieve the minimum Street Cred

• Don’t sell the items right after the mission. Gather some items from multiple missions and then sell them. 500$ and more gives you choice of share. Sell the items untill you minimise your Street Cred, then load after that.

Deep Pockets
Expand your cops' inventory

• One of the easiest achievements since it is useful and cheap. Buy the upgrade from the shop.

Raining Money
Buy everything in the store

• It is better to do it after maximising your Street Cred, because Street Cred's impact is huge to prices. Shop inventory changes after missions. So, save up before buying everything.

Skipping Steps
Raise a cop two levels in a single mission

• Most of the actions gives experience. Since you will use only 3 cops in missions it should be really easy.

Raise one of your cops to level 10

• Since you will use only 3 cops in missions it shouldn't be a problem. Try not to lose all of your experienced cops. I had 6 people with maximum level at the end.

Photo Enthusiast
Agree to help the owner of the photo studio for free

• This is the first optional mission which requires you to neutralize all of the gang members while you are at the attacker side. You should agree to do it for free prior to the mission.

Protector Of The Lens
Protect the photo studio from a criminal assault

• This is the second optional mission which requires you to neutralize all of the gang members while you are at the defender side.

Ultimate Argument
Use "Shock and Awe" three times in a single play-through

• You can save and load 3 times after you have the resources.

Arrest 101
Arrest 101 criminals

• Since you will play with 3 cops, you will probably go stealth which should be really easy to get 101 arrests.

T-800
Wound 20 criminals in the leg

• If you use stealth you won't have any chance to do it. Again, save and load is a valid strategy.
