Map for the small intestines, minus the ride tracks at the end of the level. Some elements have been edited by hand when the screenshots were too difficult to capture, but otherwise it's pretty accurate.

The fastest way through the maze part is going under of the first elevator shaft you encounter and rush to the bottom left quarter. The other quarters can just be ignored, unless you want to activate the hidden skull in the appendix (bottom right).
