描述
Welcome to Rock Island, a reform prison based on the CombiPack Rock mod.

Features:

- 124 MedSec
- 25 Insane
- 2 DeathRow
- 2 MaxSec
- Many workshops with all kinds of reforms.
- Nasty solitary cells for those who don't obey.

Snitches have their place on the Cemetery in a room called the Crematorium.

Prisoners passing DeathRow Appeal will stay in their shared DeathRow/MaxSec cell until you move them to MedSec where they can work for a lifetime. Keep an eye on the Prisoners tab in Reports to authorize the MaxSec prisoner to MedSec, or just click on the prisoner and change his seclevel after he passed the appeal.

There is a Call-out Helipad just below the Canteen - might be useful in case hell brakes loose there due to snitches getting killed. If a riot happens which the guards cannot longer control, simply call the Chinook RiotGuards/Soldiers or whatever you might need to restore the order. Don't forget to place a new Call-out Helipad from the staff menu afterwards, since it will vanish once it has been used.

The Cotton Plantation and Garden are being monitored by a WaterTank near the helipads. You will be notified by an alarm sound in case a fire breaks out. Click on the Prison Firebrigade call-out in the Emergencies menu to let the firebrigade deal with the fire. They will proceed automatically and end the call-out when all fires have been extinguished.

This prison version has already prisoners inside and working.

I've setup the traffic lights to keep the road gates closed when people are crossing the street.
This is just an example of how to NOT use it: way too crowded, so use such a setup elsewere in your prison on a road where less people are likely to cross the road. Kill the Logic Bridge nearby the cargo station to let the trucks move like they should.
