描述
The Vortigaunts' Lair is a short (around 15 minutes) level focused on combat, with a Xen section and a challenging Strider bossfight!

Story
Reports have come in that the Combine is raiding the Vortigaunts' lair, and you, Alyx Vance, must stop them! Explore the sewers inhabited by alien creatures and visit their home world - Xen!

Initially, I was creating this map for the VaultMaps: Xen Infestation Contest, but I eventually began work on Xen Voyager instead.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Very cool, was absolute fun to play :steamthumbsup:
Puzzles, animated sequences and decent battles. Music is well chosen and fits the scenes.
The mines almost got me - well placed.
Final battle could have been a bit more of a challenge (but that's probably just me) - thinking about some manhacks from the sides occasionally and another opening for Combines.

This was a lot of fun and I can't say I ran into any real bugs. I did have minor framerate issues in the very beginning and occasionally during the final battle, but aside from that, I think the map was well crafted all around. I recorded a video here: https://youtu.be/QE53HRvjnM0
