Beskrivelse
This asset is RICO enabled!

Hello Folks,

part of a series of East-German prefab-buildings, I present you yet another asset:

Based on the common East-German prefab-standard WBS70, this 5-floor housing block with a 4x3 footprint features a lot of details, colormapping and is RICO enabled.
This is the End-model, used to finish a row of blocks. This model should be placed manually for better results.

The textures of this model are shared with Plattenbau 5-Floor No.5 , so you can save RAM by using the Loading Screen Mod.

The original of this particular block is found in Chemnitz.

Feedback of any sort is appreciated, also consider checking out my other "Plattenbau" assets!

@MeisterMonis i though more about retextured versions that totally new models what i mean is that most those buildings have been modernised (mostly thermal insulation and new paint) https://bbu.de/sites/default/files/styles/inline_large/public/berlin_hellersdorfer_promenade_deutsche_wohnen_1.jpg?itok=rkf4RgRo Anyway good job keep it up :)
