[Discontinued] Plattenbau 5-Floor No.5

Hello Folks,

part of a series of East-German prefab-buildings, I present you yet another asset:

Based on the common East-German prefab-standard WBS70, this 5-floor housing block with a 3x3 footprint features a lot of details, colormapping and is RICO enabled.
This building is the Row-version, so it can be placed flush next to each other.

The textures of this model are shared with Plattenbau 5-Floor-End No.1 , so you can save RAM by using the Loading Screen Mod.

The original of this particular block is found in Chemnitz.
