@Nightsinger
it would not be feasible to make a small CV to fit into a HV, they are just two big each block is equivalent to a solid 4 x 4 HV block, its hard enough trying to make a small CV to even fit inside another CV

@Nightsinger - If he does that then there will be multiple issues that will ruin the BP. For one the BP would have to be 2 different vehicles that'd have to be independently printed off. Secondly, you would no longer be able to have the Halberd dock to anything (as with the current docking mechanics you cannot have a ship that has something docked to it dock with anything else).

Was a great suggestion, it just can't be done with the current game mechanics and how his series of ships works. Maybe one day Empyrion will allow better docking mechanics; but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for it as it took forever just for them to finally add HV->SV docking despite an overwhelming majority of people asking for it over the years.

Like maybe a "living quarters CV" that you would dock into your mobile HQ hover after you land it? That's interesting. Space is already so tight, but yeah, something to keep in mind for the future.

Both Halberd Class and Halberd-Lifter are very innovative and they look quite industrial. I liked the idea very much.

You may craft a mini CV core+thruster+pilot seat+landing gear and dock it inside somewhere, remove everything except core + landing gear. And use that piece to add functional beds, toilets, showers in that mobile base. Have you considered/tried that approach?

FAR more elegant than I would have expected.... nice!
