[RoD] OP version

描述
Adds an alternate version of RoD that works in tile protected areas.


The beakeasy penguin knows a guy, who knows another guy, who is friends with this shady dude that makes illicit upgrades to tools and weapons that might be able to upgrade your RoD for the right price, you also have to provide him with the materials to do so.
I didn't quite like the idea of being able to craft this powerful item, but I also want it to be spawnable in admin mode, so I split off the recipe to this addon mod.

NOTICE:
This version of RoD is extremely game-breaking.
I programmed RoD in a way that you can't easily introduce this version of RoD into a server that only has the normal version installed.

I full on just got this so I can skip problem puzzles in case of lag. I had a mod added mission me unplaybe due to lag never letting a action happen (timed door dash never turning on when I was trying to get through)

Its a seperate item for security reasons, you need to talk to the beakeasy penguin after you get one (recipe in 2nd picture). Or you can spawn it in using:

/spawnitem antr_rodop

Finally now I don't have to type /admin /debug /warp=Nowhere=0.0 /debug /admin everytime I want to wrap somewhere
