sonny, you don't have to purchase weapon again. you already have it but you have to equip it.
go to the shooting range to train for example and there you can equip it.

Started the game 10 times after finishing the tutorial and back to lodge to the store and purchasing weapon and licence I go out to hunt and I have no weapon. I go back and purchase another weapon but still have no weapon now I'm out of points. Also where do I find the patch download?
