Tubular HUD

A new HUD for Serious Sam HD TFE and TSE, inspired by the one found in Serious Sam 2, Xbox and Next Encounter.

The mod should work for any custom campaign that uses the First Encounter and Second Encounter gametitles (such as Sacor's Seriously Stupid Remaster). Most custom weapon resources WILL NOT WORK with this mod, however I have made the following weapons compatible:
- Serious Sam 2 Weapons from noam's Ultimate Weapons Pack
- Urban's Xbox-Styled Weapons
- Next Encounter Weapons Remade
- Partial support for BFE's weapons using Kuber's mod . The script isn't really designed for reloding so you'll only see the magazine capacity on some weapons.

Unfortunately due to engine limitations, some things could not be implemented properly (like proper Boink font everywhere) and some parts of the HUD are left unchanged. Nontheless I think things turned out pretty good.
