Indoor Refineries

Hey wonderful people, this mod is just a simple thing I tossed together which adds three new indoor refineries to be researched.

The indoor stone processor, iron refinery, and steel refinery. I assume this MUST have been done at least once over the years, so just consider this an alternative. For balancing they run at the lowest tier electrical counterpart to them and at full energy consumption.
