Description
This tool can make almost any material glow (fullbright) in the dark :D

Due to the default animated materials being glow in the dark already their conversion wilt be different.

Would be nice if we could make any ragdoll, prop, etc. glow without having to change their material. Wish we could make them glow as they are.
