1) You're too cocky and never wanna listen to quick chats from your teammates

2) You act like everything you do in free play you can do in ranked matches

3) You ball chase and never give your teammates a chance

4) You're too busy typing a paragraph of insults when someone "What a saves" you

5) You watch way too much RLCS and go for shots you know you won't hit

6) You simply don't train enough and you're too busy trading or caring way too much about your car design

7) You accuse every single teammate of ball chasing and not rotating

8) You act like everything you do is perfect

9) You don't want to improve in any way and just want to be arrogant

10) You're simply toxic and throw for no reason and don't know why you're deranking

I could go on and on with more reasons but i'll stop here for now :)

So you basically want to try not to do any of those things, it can be hard but trust me your rank will increase for sure.

1) Watch some tutorials on YouTube! from pros and high ranked players, there are many many tutorials out there to help you get better at the game.

2) Getting stressed out from ranked too much? Try some casual instead and make your way back up to ranked.

3) Try playing with higher ranked players so you can point out your mistakes and abilities, you can try joining some rocket league discord servers where there are many high rank players who are willing to help you improve!

4) Don't be upset! every single pro has probably experienced the same thing as you have.

5) Stay as positive as possible! I know it can be hard but you really can't let it get to you!

Have fun and enjoy! This game has an outstanding community and variety of content creators to watch. Keep playing and try to follow the instructions in my guide! I know it's not the best guide in the world but you will definitely improve! Eventually you will get better as you fix certain mistakes and realize what you're doing right and wrong :D
