Convert to a Republic (ALL TYPES EDITION!)

This simple mod allows you to convert your current government into any type of republic (except Revolutionary Republic) starting with 10% tradition at the cost of 1 stability. This comes with all the trials and tribulations of a new Republic so bear that in mind. You must be at peace to be able to convert your government type.

Furthermore, this can produce some unexpected results which is, to an extent, be expected from a mod.

The mod edits the checksum of the game and therefore features such as Ironman and achievements will be disabled.
