INTRO
Hi everyone, this is Lio from NA.

Welcome! Some of you may have finally opened up the first raid (Please check out my other guide if you don't know how) and curious of what to expect for the raid. I'll be brief and clear as possible.




*Raid Etiquette:
After beating each stage, 2 chests appear; PERSONAL and COMMUNITY Chest.

PERSONAL chest is regular looking chest that is all yours to keep!

COMMUNITY Chest is a glowing one that is Roll Shared by everyone (just like how you roll loots against each other on Extreme, Easter Event, Tomb of Dragon, etc) at the end. But unlike those drops, people are more considerate on rolling/abandoning on Class Gears, and Troops; Be sure to communicate your need with the group early to plan things. Rest of the chest contents are every man for themselves though! :)
P1: Last Wardstone
Recommended Troops:
  • 4 Iron Armour Scorpion
  • Arrow Shooting Ranged Units (many as possible)
  • Axe Thrower (If you don't have any more arrow units)
  • [Optional] 2 Spearman

In 3 different segments, your goal is to destroy ANCHOR within time limit to move forward!

P1-1
  • Move all your scorpions deep inside the enemy line to draw aggro
  • While enemies are distracted, archers hug right and get to SHOOT Point
  • Shoot Anchor with Arrows

*Ranger hero can damage the anchor too with bow mode
*Rifleman can only do 1 damage to anchors, so don't bother

P1-2
One mechanic is added; Now the anchor is protected by barrier. To disable it, unit must be placed on each of 2 marks.

  • Place scorpions on each marks to disable the anchor barrier
  • Arrow units go to right hill
  • On the hill is defended by Scorpion, Punisher, archer, and Elf Rider troops, get rid of them
  • Elf Riders will climb up the hill to flank, block them, spearman does wonder
  • Shoot Anchor with Arrows
P1-3
  • Place scorpions on each marks to disable the anchor barrier
  • On the hill is defended by Scorpion, Punisher, archer, and Elf Rider troops, get rid of them
  • Arrow units go to right hill, shoot Anchor with Arrows
  • Elf Riders will climb up the hill to flank, block them, spearman does wonder
P2: Rubra & Karulem
Remember that first giant tutorial colossal that went down hard because level 1 player hurt its arms? Now there's two of them.
System is setup like this:
  • 4 Front Lines, 1 Rear Support, 2 Patrolling Colossals
  • You must lure Front Line Troops one-by-one and kill them.
  • Colossals will cause instant wipe mechanic in these conditions:
    - Multiple front lines' aggro triggered too simultaneously
    - Aggro is triggered while Colossals are nearby (Approx. of 2 line distances)
  • After all 4 Front Lines are lured and killed, alert wipe mechanic is disabled. You may attack both Rear Support and 2 Colossals.


Rubra & Karulem
They must be damaged evenly as possible. Keep in mind that when one of them kneels, other Colossal must reach same HP or it'll be a wipe.

There's 3 abilities you should watch out for.
  • Straight line wave attack
  • Area explosion attack
  • Rock Throw, which targets farthest unit. (Place one scorpion unit in back)
P3: Crossroads of Trials
Straight forward hero only obstacle course. (Minimum of 6 players required)

Only 3 things to watch out for:
  • Statue will breath ice stream in horizontal line. Avoid them at all cost!
  • Avoid moving orbs. They will push/knock you around.
3rd obstacle course will have floor debuffing spells. Don't worry too much about those, they just slows you down a little and damage tick is hardly a worry.

After each obstacle course, you have to unlock next course.
There will be 6 statues. 6 players must activate them at the same time.
Leading person usually go by counting down 3 ticks on chat

3 2 1 - Press on 1
2 1 0 - Press on 0
P4: Second Trial
There will be 4 totems on 4 sides of the map. Main goal is to destroy the 4 totems at the same time.

Recommended troops:
  • All Range Units

In each totem, there will be 8 circles, only 4 will glow and switch randomly every 30 seconds. If anybody is standing on non-glowing ones when shifting occurs, damaging spell are cast and you have about 3-5 seconds to move. Be on top of the glowing circles to unlock the barrier in center. You'll have to damage to low HP as possible. (Around 30,000 HP) At the cue of the group, destroy the totem at the same time.

*This will test you on your unit controlling skill ( ` , F1, F2, F3 )

*F4 to select all troops and move away from damaging spell with ease

*X key to quickly command all your troops to attack once barrier is disabled
P5: Manelos
You are finally here, to defeat Manelos, giant ice dragon!

Recommended Troops:
  • 4 Iron Armour Scorpion
  • Troops with strong ice resistance
  • Bomber Wings
  • Ranged Troops

Immediately, have 4 scorpions plug 4 gates.

Rule is simple, damage the boss until it's dead.

-It'll fly up to air couple times. Rangers and bows will still damage the boss, but we should bring it down using the devices up in the hill. Once you shave away its vitality (Yellow bar), it will fall down.

At some points, crystals will start to spawn. Destroy them as soon as possible.

They'll do 2 things if left untouched:
  • Generate WIDE ice damaging field that hurts your troops and heroes slowly but badly
  • Generate ice elemantals

After Manelos falls, congrats! You finally did it! Enjoy your loots and quest prizes from Brennon!
