For getting this ending, every main character has to die BEFORE the Crossroads chapter.

  • This is the earliest chapter were Kara and Alice can die. When Todd tells you to not move, just stand still and don't become deviant. He will go upstarts to beat Alice, kill her, and after that he kills Kara, and her story will permanently end here.
  • You can also fight him in the Alice's bedroom and fail every QTE (Quick Time Event) but only if you don't get the pistol from Todd's bedroom, otherwise Alice shoots Todd
  • Or, after you win the bedroom fight and Todd is alive, just get caught while you try to escape from the house.

On the Run
When you're running away from Connor, fail the entire QTE when you cross the highway.

Zlatko
  • After you find Alice and you try to escape, fail the QTE and get shot by Zlatko.
  • Or wait 10 minutes to let Luther bring Alice to Zlatko.
Connor
Last chance, Connor
Connor can only die PERMANENTLY in this chapter (in other chapters, if Connor dies, a new Connor takes his place). All you have to do is not finding Jericho's location.
  • When you're in the Evidence Room, just let the timer runs out, and you get back to CyberLife for deactivation.
  • You can also get sent immediately back to CyberLife if you didn't get any evidence throught the entire game. (Don't find Carlos android, let Rupert escape, don't find Simon, don't interrogate the broadcast android, let the Tracis escape)
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Don't ask Jericho location to Kamski if you kill Chloe.
Markus
Freedom March
This is the earliest episode were Markus can die, and the only one before the Crossroads chapter.
When the cops arrive you have to:
  • Sacrifice yourself if you're demonstrating peacefully, but only if you refuse to let John join you in the Spare Parts chapter, and Simon gets killed in Stratford Tower or Public Enemy chapters, otherwise they'll save you.
  • Attack the humans, miss every QTE so you can lose the fight, and shot yourself (or not) when you have the option to do it.
Game Over
CyberLife wins. Enjoy the ending!

Kamski already so rich, CityLife can close-down. What he want is his creation to become human and see the experiment. Android become deviant is his the one to program it. When the plan failed he have to hide all the truth.

Not sure how I feel about this ending. Kamski was clearly meant to be an ambiguous character but this feels lazy somehow. He created androids, he even tells Connor about leaving a backdoor in all his programs so he seems to be interested in the outcome but then he looks totally disengaged at the end.

no no achievement for a bad ending but
you do fill in tons of ???? box gaps

No achievement for this ending. I'm sure cuz I unlocked all achievements before getting this. But there are 2 Kamski avatars in the gallery, you have to get this ending in order to unlock them by spending points.
