Shh... Quieter Weather

if i remember right, what I did was, go onto google and search for something to lower the sound of audio files. uploaded the files to it, it reduced the decibel or something. So that is what you will need to do, just upload those sfx files to something online that will make them quiter

Sorry to bother but I'm stuck.. I managed to locate your content.pack, i managed to unpack it and i dont see any files beside your metadata and SFX/Weather/(weather sounds). Can't find anything helping on google.. (I'm totally new to modding btw)

Yeah, as long as you know how to unpack a mod. Unsub from it after you do, then put your edited version into your mods folder. You can upload your version to the workshop as well

Oh god thanks a lot, the rain was making me crazy. Do you now if it's easy to edit the mod ourself to reduce further weather sound? I absolutely hate them...

It doesnt reduce the file size, it reduces the sound level of these sounds. So each sound that I replaced, you will have that sound file overwriting the vanilla files

if this reduces files, then why is it adding 6.810 MB to my game?
