I think it's more so between movement capabilities vs control for a better description rather than speed vs control. Because when you say speed, to a lot of players minds, they can't visualize the drawbacks or benefit of having higher or lower speed. Then you'd get the argument "who needs speed, rock low sens for max control, case closed" with a lot of people's mindsets.

But when you say movement capabilities or just movement, it actually helps visualize it better for people. And it can help people realize what they need to work on when they are picking x sens, i.e. low sens should improve their movement game to compensate for the initial drawback.
