Dead Ringer for Sandbox



This is the dead ringer cloak from team fortress 2 made by me and my friend Shadowysn. Its still a work in progress (W.I.P) but we are getting close to a perfect replica.

REQUIRES TF2

what it does have

  • 7 seconds cloak duration
  • extinguishes fire for up to five seconds on initial cloak
  • speed up and slow down sounds are quite to other players
  • has decloak animation
  • has a speed boost on cloak
  • ragdolls have custom deaths (example: on disintegration ragdolls will disintegrate and float up instead of just falling over
  • can be activated with other weapons by right clicking

what it doesn't have
  • there is not a screen animation on speed boost
  • blue cloak timer is not on the watch
  • viewmodel does not open for any other weapons when activated

    credits

    Shadowysn made 60% of the code
    Soggy French Frie made 30% of the code and fixed issues with the original mod, along with the screenshots
    the other 10% of code was made by someone who no longer has a steam account

Looks like there's a glitch with this weapon where every time you pull it out, it leaves behind garbage entities that can eventually lead to a crash.

Yeah go check out that watch and see how absolutely brokennit is. I fixed the code with the help of a friend, maybe if you read the description you would know that.
