KO from Lakewood Plaza Turbo (and also OK KO Let's Be Heroes) joins Rivals Of Aether. His sprite and most of his moveset is based on Let's Play Heroes, while the rest are from the show/original. KO is an all-round character which means that he's balanced in nearly everything.

SPECIAL INPUTS:
(NSPECIAL) Power Fist
Uses his signature energy-like projectile to attack enemies far range. This attack deals little damage, and has a fire effect.
(FSPECIAL) Power Battle Yodel
Unleashes an ear-shattering yell that damages and pushes enemies away from KO. This attack can be used to camp on ledges.
(USPECIAL) Power Slam
Flies high in the air and attacks enemies close to him. When someone is close to KO at the start attack, they will take more knock back and damage.
(DSPECIAL) Spin Dash
Uses his will power to roll up into a ball and dash into an opponent. Once used, KO can't stop himself for a few seconds. Fortunately, this attack has lots of damage and knockback to make this move a risk and reward attack.
