The HD-series is Takeda's heavy duty American-spec and Australian-spec truck platform. These trucks are extremely powerful and come in an incredibly wide assortment of body styles and frame setups. The name denotes the setup of the truck, with HDX being the all-terrain version and 4400 signaling that it has 4 axles total with all 4 of them powered, making this an 8x8. This drivetrain is powered by a 700hp 18L Anderson turbodiesel engine.
