X (steam game owner) should be friends with Y (friend) in EA. Both should have the EA app. X should download the game in steam while Y should download the friend's pass version on EA app. X should play the installed game in EA app and invite B.

я купил на распродаже игру, пытаюсь найти другу эту версию для френд пасс-а, но в браузере пишет "игра не доступна" и в приложении ЕА игра не находится у него
он пытался вкдючить впн и менять регион аккаунта ЕА - не помогло

Does the Russian version of this game just feature you meeting Yevgeny Prigozhin and getting flown to the front after half an hour training and then left to rot in a field?

if anyone is reading this - you can do this in ea app. just go to game page on ea app and you should see "play for free with friends pass" and can download from there
