Improved Retainer Stats (Vanilla)

Gain better reatainers stats that you receive at level 2, 4 and 6 for generals and agents. Sick of seeing +1 morale all the time so added better retainers. Tried not to OP it, just added another stat to each retainer. Some examples... Pet tiger was +10 diplomacy, now has -5 chance of assassination too, i figure a pet tiger would help in that matter. Household doctor was -5 chance of death of old age, now -10 chance of death of old age and +10 to your units replenishment per turn. Yokozuna was just +1 honour, now also gives -10 chance of assassination too. The retainers at best will only give +2 of a combat stat, nothing like +10 melee attack or something like that.

Agents also get 2 sets of stat buffs. They will mostly feel different than each other. Example... Ninjas received like x7 different retainers that all gave the same 10% chance of not being detected after a failed action. They now all include x1 additional stat benefit, all different, all useful too.

This also affects AI too, which is why it in not OP, just more random and more rewarding.

I removed some effects that I noticed did not actually affect you like + food. Now includes more variety of stat benefits, many custom made. For example, you can now receive new stats that give + 1 armour to all ashigaru within your generals army or + 1 attack to all ashigaru within your generals army. The game only had + 1 morale for all ashigaru in your unit, now it has + other stuff. Did the same for the samurai class, now they can receive a + 1 something within your generals unit. Included some buffs from fall of the samurai too, which I felt are decent enough like + 10% ammo for all units within your generals army.
