No Knockdown Mutator

Beskrivelse
A mutator that removes knockdown from the game.
Compatible with EA26+ and confirmed to work with EA28.
Prevents you from falling over when getting shot.

we need a mod that gives a threshold to how much damage you need to recieve to be knocked down or at what % of hp to be knocked down, ex 10%
