I feel like this is the reroll item that's missing from the game.

D36 is an active item (3 room charge) that when used, rerolls the player's amount of coins, bombs and keys.

The total amount of coins, bombs and keys after the reroll stays the same as it was before the reroll. For example, if the player had 1 coin, 2 bombs and 3 keys before the reroll, the total amount of pickups that he will have after the reroll will be 6 (1+2+3).

Bear in mind that the total sum after the reroll might decrease if the player has a larger amount of pickups (99+), so it might not be wise to use this item in such cases.
