Ant Mission 2 - Rescue! (2 Player Co-op)

I got this to work, me and my friend have been playing these maps recently.

My current fix is to go into the map editor and open the map, then find where the "P2" waypoint is and move it to the corner of the map away from anything that will attack the"player 3" that will spawn there. (Make sure to prevent the unit from moving by placing terrain around the way point)

Additionally, make sure the ants will never find it either and the 3rd player can be set to an AI, the game will continue with you and your friend on the same team and the mission objectives will play out.

How do you play this? Tried putting people on different teams, tried adding AI just cannot play with friends bugs out. Any instructions? Game doesn't seem to let you play properly with 2 friends so buggy. If we go on different teams we just friendly fire etc.
