Part #2 : https://youtu.be/i7GrDIlhMe8
Not beautify my solve but I made it.
* Remove the "intro" from the chamber, which is just showing off editor skill. It does not adds any value to the puzzle itself
* Remove at least 50% of the energy pellet destroyers. They are visually very present but don't add puzzle value. It's rather distracting
* Remove or better come up with a clever way for the 2nd retriever and remove the series of on/off steps. That felt like I'm the idiot rather than I'm the genius at solving
* Idearly you seprate the puzzle into 3 rooms. Introduce the suckage of energy pellets in the first room, have it more advanced in thge 2nd room and create a puzzle with a cube and fizzers as final room, where I have to use portals clever instead of buttons and flipping walls.
I hope you advance in chamber building. I'm looking further to have another go later.
The short and brutal answer is I don't like the chamber at all. In comparison with the finest chambers out there (which is ofc a unfair comparison to a beginner) your chamber is solution wise very random (multiple tries needed) and very linear.
There is this saying "Everybody can make a hard puzzle by adding more and more mechanics into ONE puzzle." (Something like that).
I did not feeled like I needed expert knowledge about portal to solve any of the steps. It was just frustration after frustration.
After 1 hour or so I achieved the 2nd energy pellet retriever and gave up on the next ball button challenge, which hopefully leaded to the exit. I don't know.
I wanted to record the solution, but I'm guessing it would be a 15 minutes 2GB videos or more and I skipped that idea.
