This achievement requires all the scare scene. Here are all the scaring scene I have found:
1. Once the space suit falls down and blocks the way, open the vent and the monster will appear.
2. Meet the monster in the first time. It is blocked in front of the gate.
3. Look upsides while walking, chance it will appear on the roof.
4. Look through the window, and there will be something hitting on the window
5. Look through the sleeping cage. Once you get the hint of interacting, the monster will appear in it.
6. After hearing the music, do not enter the reporting room and keep walking. You will be beat down by the monster. (Bad ending)
7. After you figure out the password, you will found out the space ship is on fire. Keep walking and do not exit. You will be hit by a astronaut. (Bad Ending)
