Opis
This is an office building modeled after a real building in Osaka. The sloped roof allows this building to conform to Japanese setback laws. Based on the height of this building, it should be built on a road that is 12m wide including sidewalks, however, as long as the road it is on is a two lane road it shouldn't look out of place.

It comes with four colour variations by default (the original blue, red, green, and grey), however, I recommend the Painter mod by TPB so that you can choose whatever colour you want.

What is Osaka set back exactly? (as in outside of the setback itself) I am assuming that has something to do with building regulation in Osaka?

Love the style and the fact that it comes with color variations, but sadly it doesn't have any concrete under it so it spawns in the grass/dirt, which looks pretty bad if used as a growable. I think it might also be more fitting as a level 2 or 3, instead of level 1.
