When Gear Up launches it writes its output to the Application.log file. We often request information from this log to try to solve problems. Since the 0.109 update the game now keep the ten most recent logs and removes the older. If you encounter a crash or want to know what the log registered make sure to look at the time and date to find the correct log file.

Update: Only the Windows version have ten log files. The Mac and Linux version are still only outputting one log and then overwrites it. So don't restart the game after having a crash if you want to send us the log.

Eventually we will have multiple output logs for Mac and Linux too.

The location and name of the Application.log files depend on what operating system you're running.

Note that if your operating system is hiding file extensions (*.log in this case) you will only see "Application_(and a number).

The log files themselves are named as Application_??.log where the ?? are numbers with the highest being the most recently created log. Running the game in Windows keeps the last ten log files.
