I was real confused at this part because you said to go back to the water control room to make a door appear but it was the previous room, I spent like 10 minutes trying to figure it out lol.

Ok, figured it out by looking for another guide. You need to make a small correction here, because it misleads people to try the code in another area. "Now go back to the Water Control room." You need to replace "Water Control" (which is the room with the lever, per your guide description) with "Crying Waterfall" and tell readers to stand on the side with the glowing code or the door profile (while facing the waterfall, RT once to get to the right wall).

In my case the Crying Waterfall only has 1 bit outside and the code for the Musical Blocks gate doesn't work either.

Always be sure to check your map! Even I had to go back and catch things I missed because I didn't check my map to make sure I had gotten everything. :) Hope this helps!
