Just one more thing. You must create a mushroom biome (with the 100-150 trees) or you can simply create the structure that you did on the picture and then move in the npc?

Yeah, you can plant them anywhere. If you’ve got more than 100-150+ of them on screen it turns into a mushroom biome. You’ll have to do that somewhere above-ground and make a house there for the Truffle NPC to move in

and can you use them every biome?
