[TTT] Poltergeist Modified

This is a rework of the Poltergeist which makes it have only one shot, but when you put it on a prop it goes flying incredibly fast for about 8 seconds because it makes the little explosions occur every 0.2 seconds.

To avoid it being too OP and don't giving time to people to run away I reduced the explosions damage and range, but if you put it in a closed room it should still 90% kill everyone that doesn't escape.
