Beastmen - Less Horrible Bestial Rage Upkeep

The Beastmen campaign is so, so bland due to the bestial rage upkeep. There is no diplomacy, no skulduggery, and worse still, no possibility of preparing a good use for the brayherd. If you don't keep that bestial rage up, you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥, and if you do keep it up, you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥ because you don't have any say when it happens.

Now you kinda do. Much better. Beastmen won't lose bestial rage for diplomacy, won't suffer -1 per turn just travelling the map, and won't suffer -2 per turn just to get your units.
