Added the Advanced Zipline Functionality to the KampfPistol from IFA Liberation to create a handheld weapon that can only use that zipline round

it uses a pistol from IFA as the base object to work with, in the future I want to split it all up into a self contained mod but I dont have the time to develop it atm

Hmm I only managed to make this work actually loading both IFA3 Liberation and Advanced ZipLine Mods together with this mod
