[SMG4] Police Meggy

After winning the last Splatfest and moving into the Mushroom Kingdom, Meggy decides to change the world, by becoming a police officer (officially).

A re-textured version of Human Meggy, originally created by SMG4. This addon incldues:
- Police Meggy ragdoll
- Taser prop
- Police Badge prop
- Police Badge Case prop

The Police Meggy ragdoll has the following bodygroups, all of which can be toggled on and off:
- Hat (for the police hat)
- Boots (for the boots)
- Glasses (for the sunglasses)
- Holster (has 3 bodygroups of it's own: one with the gun, one without the gun and one without both)
- Shirt (for the shirt, makes the chest see-through)
- Sleeves (for the sleeves, makes arms see-through)
- Radio (for the radio on her chest)
- Pack (for the pack on her left leg)

Additionally, the Hat, Glasses and Gun all have bones, allowing you to use the Advanced Bone Tool to move them around.
