New passive item: "Tech L" - Electric shots!
-Hitting the same enemy 5 times will spawn a lightning above it dealing 6x your damage, and burning them for a few seconds.
-Also spawns a fire where the lightning hit
-Appears in treasure rooms (can also show up in boss rush and greed shop)
-Adds a costume to the player.

Update: The fire now disappears after 8 seconds, to make it less annoying.
Update 2:
-Added External Item Descriptions compatibility
-Now works with Brimstone, Mom's Knife, Ludovico Technique and The Forgotten
-Changes brimstone's color
-It will now constantly activate after 5 hits instead of 5/6
-Buffed from 4x damage to 6x damage and buffed the damage from the fire and the burn.

This is the second mod I ever make, i would appreciate feedback and know that this took more more than a month, creating the lightning, the effects, the code etc.

If you want the item to spawn at the beggining of the run go to:
Documents/My Games/Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods/Tech L folder/main.lua (when you're inside main.lua, change "SpawnAtStart" from false to true, open with any text editor)
